Ellie & Hunta here, we are high school sweethearts who decided mid-way through 2023 to spend more time LOVING our weekends. Whilst still on our career paths, we wanted to have a better blend of being young, having fun and also maintaining our home, responsibilties and life in general.

This is where Weekend With Us was born. Beginning as a way to document our weekends, making a conscious effort to say yes to more adventure and fun.

Weekend With Us is still about sharing our weekends but this time with others! We love camping, exploring, playing some camp games and simply just enjoying the company of others.

We want to share this love of camping and cannot wait to host our first ever ‘Camp With Us’ event. We are absolute rookies in this space so come along to get to know us, see the in’s and out’s of us navigating life & this event, and most importantly, have the best camping weekend ever!

Refund Policy

Camping With Us Event Refund Policy

Overview

Thank you for joining us for our first-ever camping event! We understand that plans can change, and we want to make our refund process as clear and straightforward as possible.

Refund Requests

To request a refund, please contact us at weekendwithusco@gmail.com with your refund & details. All refund requests must be received by the specified timeframes outlined below.

Refund Timeframes

  • Full Refund: Requests made up to 15 days before the event start date are eligible for a full refund of the booking fee.

  • No Refund: Requests made less than 15 days before the event start date are not eligible for a refund. This includes cancellations due to weather, illness, or other personal reasons.

Event Cancellation by Organizer

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the camping event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund for all bookings. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, such as travel or food expenses.

Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time.
